Unmanned
Note that DARPA’s strategic plan calls for “filling the battlespace with unmanned systems that are networked with manned systems. The idea is not simply to replace people with machines, but to team people with robots.” DARPA would not comment on whether any of these machines would be made of liquid metal, or played by Arnold Schwarzenegger.
