The dueling plans for the Downtown Relief Line
Both Metrolinx (provincial gov’t transportation arm) and City Hall are planning different DRLs. I’m not sure this is that big a problem, as different alignments should certainly be studied, and who’s paying for the thing is far from clear at this point. (via)
